Shipping cost is based on location of our store (Illinois, 60118), buyers address, package size/weight + nominal handling fee. We ship purchased items within 3-5 business days via Priority Mail, USPS.

If you are paying by PayPal please make sure that your address within PayPal account is correct.

Returns: We accept returns if you are not satisfied with a merchandise.

Please contact us so we will discuss the problem and the solution. You may get a refund for a product after you return it in its original condition within 7 - 9 business days. The shipping cost for is not refundable.

Damage During Shipping
If your merchandise gets damaged during the shipping, please photograph it to provide good documentation. Photos of original packaging need to be also included. Sometimes, the Insuring Agency requests the presentation of the box and packing material at the local Post Office. Please keep them until claim is accepted. These are requirements of the insuring agencies.
