Description
Antique decorative plate with golden handles. Hand painted display plate. Porcelain plate with tiny roses. Reticulated handles. Golden rim. It is in good vintage condition. No chips or cracks. Some areas of worn off gold. Marked by manufacturer with some logo which I do not recognize. Mark also reads Hand Painted.
