Vintage Decorataive Plate with Hand Painted Roses. Scalloped edges. Very good vintage condition. No chips or cracks. Gold on the edge holds very well. Not marked by manufacturer. It may be hung on the wall. There is a wire hanger in the back. It looks sturdy, however, it looks "home made". Not visible from the front.
